The YWCA Fitness Program includes several facets. We offer a fully equipped fitness center including free weights, weight machines and cardio equipment. We also offer a variety of group fitness classes including relaxation, toning, cardio and senior focused classes. Our facility also includes a whirlpool, steam room, sauna and 3 locker rooms.
Fuzion
Tuesday & Thursday 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
Teresa has lots of experience but you will get her best and favorite moves in this class. Join her for a FUZION of cardio and toning that will work your whole body! Her favorite things are step and Pilates but you never know what she might bring to class!
Cardio Variety
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Do you need an upbeat class with music that makes you want to move your feet? Variety is the key to beat boredom. Every class will be a different blend of moves to make you sweat!
Zumba Fitness Program
Monday & Wednesday 7:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m Saturday 9:00 am - 10:00 am.
Bored with your current workout? Try Zumba! The program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program. Personal Training offers you the opportunity to work one-on-one with a certified trainer. Your Personal Trainer will provide you with the tools necessary to reach your fitness goals. Each program is individualized and benefits all fitness levels. Plus, a Personal Trainer can help motivate you to reach your goals.
