YWCA Fitness Program

The YWCA Fitness Program includes several facets. We offer a fully equipped fitness center including free weights, weight machines and cardio equipment. We also offer a variety of group fitness classes including relaxation, toning, cardio and senior focused classes. Our facility also includes a whirlpool, steam room, sauna and 3 locker rooms.

Group Fitness Class Schedule

Morning Classes:

Fuzion
Tuesday & Thursday 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
Teresa has lots of experience but you will get her best and favorite moves in this class. Join her for a FUZION of cardio and toning that will work your whole body! Her favorite things are step and Pilates but you never know what she might bring to class!

Evening Classes:

Cardio Variety
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Do you need an upbeat class with music that makes you want to move your feet? Variety is the key to beat boredom. Every class will be a different blend of moves to make you sweat!

Zumba Fitness Program
Monday & Wednesday 7:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m Saturday 9:00 am - 10:00 am.
Bored with your current workout? Try Zumba! The program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program. The classes are a blast of calorie-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate participants. For more information about Zumba check out the website www.zumba.com. Personal Training Program

Personal Training offers you the opportunity to work one-on-one with a certified trainer. Your Personal Trainer will provide you with the tools necessary to reach your fitness goals. Each program is individualized and benefits all fitness levels. Plus, a Personal Trainer can help motivate you to reach your goals.

One hour session

YWCA Members - $20 (Health Center Plus or Health Center Membership Package)

Non-members - $30

Six One Hour Sessions for the Price of Five

YWCA Members - $100 (Health Center Plus or Health Center Membership Package)

Non-members - $150

Fall 8 Week Session To Begin Aug. 30 for all fitness classes
All land and water classes are free for Health Center Plus members.  Non-members are welcome to participate for a fee of $50 for 16 classes.
